Shipping & Return Policy

To provide our customers with the highest level of service, PoolSupplyPros.com goes to great lengths to make sure your order arrives at its destination within a reasonable amount time. Orders placed before 3PM for in-stock items may ship the same day (normal UPS/Fed Ex rates/delivery schedule apply). Items shipped directly from the manufacturer often arrive within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed. Truckline orders may take longer. Freight carriers require an appointment for delivery, and will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

PoolSupplyPros.com ships most items via UPS or FedEx. However, certain oversize products must go by common carrier (Truck line) because of size & weight limitations. Please be advised that if you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warehouse or manufacturer.

In some instances, certain products are shipped straight from the manufacturer or from multiple warehouses within the US. This means that some items may arrive at different times, so second day and next day shipping may not be available.

For special orders such as Safety Covers, In-ground Liners, Spa Covers, and other custom items, the delivery time may vary between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the time of year. If for some reason you did not receive your order within this time frame, please contact us at service@poolsupplypros.com during regular business hours Mon-Fri 9AM to 6PM (Eastern Standard Time) and speak with our customer service department. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs we will do our best to notify you via phone or email as to when you might expect to receive the item.

UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. Please keep in mind weekend delivery is not available for any shipping method, including expedited shipping methods, meaning any order placed after 5 pm EST Thursday will ship on Monday. Shipping cost depends on origin, destination, package weight & size, and other considerations. Pool Supply Pros reserves the right to alter shipping method where applicable (no additional shipping charges will be accessed to the customer).

Shipping Restrictions
Please make sure that you supply us with a physical address when placing your order. 
Unfortunately, Pool Supply Pros cannot ship to the following areas:

PO Boxes
Military APO or FPO - (Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office)

Receiving Your Order Via Common Carrier (Truck Line)
Please note that if you change your delivery address on any shipment that has gone by freight line after it has arrived in your hometown, there may be a $50 re-consignment fee accessed to your order.

If you have ordered an item that is too large for UPS & FedEx to deliver, it will arrive by a common carrier (truck line). When your order arrives, you will be asked to sign a document called the Bill of Lading. This is an acknowledgment that states that you have received the delivery of specific item(s) in a complete & undamaged condition. Always thoroughly inspect all item(s) for damage before you sign and the carrier leaves. If you see that there has been damage to the packaging, you mustinspect the inside contents for damage. You have the right to refuse the delivery if there is damage. Once you have signed for the item(s) you assume all responsibility and charges for your order.

In the event that your merchandise is received damaged, and that damage is visible (e.g. crushed carton, hole(s) in carton), youmust sign for the merchandise as damaged. A simple notation of how many cartons look damaged is sufficient. Upon learning of the damaged shipment, Pool Supply Pros will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and returned to our warehouse for inspection.

In the event that your merchandise is received damaged, and that damage is visible (e.g. crushed carton, hole(s) in carton), but you sign for the merchandise without exception, you then confirm acceptance of the shipment and we are not able to help with the freight damage claim. Further, if for any reason the driver cannot wait for a proper inspection, the customer and the driver must both make note of the reason a proper inspection was not possible and both must sign on the Bill of Lading.

In the event that your merchandise is received by Truckline damaged and you sign for the shipment without exception, but later claim there was concealed damage, Pool Supply Pros will assist you in every way to file a claim with the deliverer or manufacturer, to obtain credit.

Standard Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. PoolSupplyPros.com guarantees all merchandise we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt refund of the merchandise value (less shipping/handling cost and manufacturer re-stock fee) within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All products must be returned complete and in the original unopened, unused condition and packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and any other documentation. Return items received without these items, or if products have been used by the purchaser - will be denied refund. Buyer is responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to our warehouse or manufacturer (A 15-35% restocking charge will apply). Products that are found defective - follow defective policy below. NOTE: Any products shipped outside the US will not be eligible for return or refund.

On orders that originally shipped with free shipping, standard-shipping rates will be applied to those returns. Be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number, and sufficient insurance to cover the package in case it is lost. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

We'll notify you via phone or e-mail once we've received and processed your returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days from our receiving your return.

Once an order is placed, we do our best to expedite your shipment, and we often ship the very same day. Your order will be processed as soon as it is received. If you cancel your order before it ships but after it has already been pulled from the warehouse or manufacturer and processed for UPS/Fed Ex Pickup or Truckline pickup - a 15-35% re-stock fee will apply. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, you will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to return the order to the origin warehouse(s) plus 15-35% re-stock fee.

Defective Product Returns
If for some reason you discover that your new item is not performing correctly and that you need assistance, please contact our customer service department (within 30 days of receipt of purchase) at: support@poolsupplypros.com. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If we cannot technically diagnose the problem over the phone and the product is defective, we will replace the item for an equal exchange of the same product.

If your product is defective, you will be instructed on where to return your product (having been given an appropriate "RMA", RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and address for return). If you return your product without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and correct return address, Pool Supply Pros may not be able to locate your return and therefore, your refund may be delayed or denied. Seller reserves the right to hold replacement item until defective item arrives back to the destination warehouse and is inspected. If Seller chooses to ship the replacement product before the returned (defective) item is received and inspected, Buyer assumes ownership of both the defective item and the replacement item until defective item is received back to the originating warehouse and is inspected. Credit will be issued for the defective product including shipping and handling as soon as product is inspected and deemed defective. Many products are considered "Custom" products and cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and personalization to your specific request. Please call for details.
